Permabeu uses FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping carriers when these options are available. During check-out, customers choose the options for shipping speed, for which the corresponding rates are listed.

Permabeu will ship orders for in-stock inventory within two (2) business days. Orders are not shipped when Permabeu is closed on weekends and holidays.

Permabeu only sells to verified professionals. Accordingly, orders may be held for verification purposes.

Because of potential cross-contamination issues, we do not accept returns. All product sales are final. However, Permabeu does guarantee all of the products that it sells.

All Permabeu products are guaranteed. If you received a single-use item that is defective because of a manufacturing error, please contact our customer service by email at service@permabeu.com for a replacement.
