ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
We will arrange delivery of your order based on the shipping option that you choose on the check-out page. You are responsible for all of the shipping fees unless otherwise noted.
All of our orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed, we will use your chosen shipping method to send it to you. Out-of-stock items will naturally take longer to ship out.
Our processing department is open Monday through Friday; we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays and all major U.S. holidays. Local social distancing regulations may also affect the delivery time for your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost by a delivery company.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer a range of domestic and international shipping options. You are responsible for any and all fees that may be associated with shipping, including additional taxes and duties. We require pre-payment of duties and taxes up front to avoid any delivery delays. Again, Permabeu is not responsible for any additional fees.
NO SHIPPING TO PO BOXES OR FPO OR APO ADDRESSES
We can only ship products to a physical address, so we cannot send orders to PO boxes or FPO or APO addresses. The shipment dates and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delayed deliveries.
RETURN POLICY
To avoid the possibility of cross-contamination, once an order is placed and the package ships, exchanges or returns are no longer possible. This means that all orders are final, and we cannot accept returns.
